Beginner scope and amp clamps? was created by Whisper
Hi, I’m new to scopes, as a beginner kit I have decided on a Picoscope 4402a that comes with leads.
I want to be able to check injectors and do compression tests. I think this means that I will also require 2 amp clamps, a low and a high.
I’ve seen these that are cheap:
www.uktoolbox.com/product/sealey-tools-c...dc-12mm-ta310-292390
www.uktoolbox.com/product/sealey-tools-c...c-o28mm-ta311-292391
Would these be ok or should I save up for some better clamps? Thanks

An expert is someone who knows each time more on each time less, until he finally knows absolutely everything about absolutely nothing.

Though there is no frequency spec given these current clamps seem capable of what you want them to do. They look similar to other generic ones sold for example by AES wave.
