I was just wondering if the Pico BNC+ accessories are compatible with the MICSIG SATO1004 Or if they only work with the Pico. I'm trying to buy an ignition probe and a set of amp clamps. Thanks in advance for the help!

They certainly look like they fit, but I haven't heard of anyone trying it yet. I feel like I looked for Micsig versions but coudn't find any, so maybe it's a future addition they are planning?
