Ford 5.4 shuts off when hot was created by Slomechanic
Hey everyone, I’ve been stuck on this f250 5.4 2004. Original issue was p0171 p0174. Replaced intake manifold gaskets due to vacuum leak.now truck has no cel and shuts off when hot after driving 45 min+.
When it’s about to shut off it’s like it has a vacuum leak, performed smoke test.leak test passed.fuel pressure is within spec.
LTFT 1: - 0.78% at idle
LTFT 2: - 0.78% at idle
MAF: 7.14 g/s
Barometric pressure: 156.59Hz
when truck starts to shut off. LTFT bounce from -8 to +8
Cleaned throttle body,no misfires.
Truck only shuts off after driving up to temp never cold. I’m stuck and I just need some advice. Thank you all for your help.
