first thing in moring mis fire for 5 minutes then doesnt miss a beat all day

#drop test and coil swap no change
#swaped 1 and 2 injectors no change
# have good powers and grounds

im lost i need help with new direction be fore i swap out a computer i want to find the fix first

I'm unfamiliar with that engine, but a cold start misfire can be a sign of a failing head gasket.
How is the coolant level? Are you needing to top it off every so often?
I don't know if it's pheasable on this engine, but you could pull the #1 spark plugs in the morning before starting it up and look into the cylinder with a boroscope (or maybe just a flashlight) and look for wetness from coolant.
Also, a chemical test of the coolant system should reveal that particular failure should it be present.
