Have a 2009 VW Scirocco here with weird electrical issue, A motorized flap behind the stereo is constantly moving randomly with key on with blowers set on or off.



Also im no expert but the car seems to be drawing too much power with key on engine off lights off and glow plugs disconnected, 10a untill i remove fuse f6 for this J285 control unit then it drops to around 3a.???

The flap looks like it's, unsuccessfully, trying to find position. Probably some problem with its feedback, or could be broken and traveling too far.

What all is wrong with the car? The actuator acting funny looks to be an isolated problem which isn't likely to cause the crank no start?? in the second video.
